He is born on 15, October, 1987. He is from Lauri, Samdrup Jongkhar. He completed his study from Institute for Language and Culture Studies, Semtokha. After availing for 4 years of Bachelors in Education (B.Ed Dzongkha) at Paro College of Education, he is currently serving as a Dzongkha Teacher at Tashidingkha Central School, Punakha since 2013. He is undergoing M.Ed in Dzongkha at Paro College of Education.
